Leister develops and manufactures automatic welders and welding machines that are used to weld thermoplastic membranes on roofs, landfills, tunnels, truck tarpaulins and shading systems.
The TAPEMAT automatic welder enables quick tape welding on truck tarpaulins and industrial fabrics with PVC straps. Thanks to a process-optimized nozzle and excellent heating output, with a low-maintenance, brushless blower motor, high welding speeds are possible. With welding speeds up to 20 m/min (66 ft/min), the TAPEMAT is one of the quickest tape automatic welders on the market with an extremely high quality finish. Speed and temperature welding parameters can be adjusted perfectly for different materials. This means that large projects are no problem.
