Compact And Powerful, Double Flange Air Heater

The LHS 410 DF-R air heater (DF stands for Double Flange, the R stands for Recirculation) is a compact double flange air heater from Leister that recycles hot air with ease. It offers an even higher air volume than the LHS 210 DF-R. Due to its particularly small design, it can be easily integrated into industrial systems where space is limited. Connecting the power supply is also very easy thanks to the well thought-out design.

The LHS 410 DF-R is equipped with an extension on the housing connection. The ceramic inside the extension ensures that the electrical connection of the tubular air heater is sealed off and protected from high temperatures or backflowing hot air. The connection housing of the LHS 410 DF-R is located outside the air flow, which has the advantage that the air flows through the air heater unhindered and there is hardly any pressure loss. In addition, the housing connection is protected against overheating, which means that it can handle air inlet temperatures up to 350°C. Due to the flanges on both sides, this tubular air heater can be installed in piping systems. The double flange air heater is used in various industrial processes and applications. For example, in the automotive, food and packaging industries, just to name a few.
