Particularly Large Heating Tube

The medium-sized LHS 41 air heater series covers an extremely broad application range. With a capacity of 2 kW to 3.6 kW, these air heaters are even more powerful than the LHS-21 series. The small footprint, despite more powerful hot air capacity, enable integration in special production processes. The 50 mm (1.97 in) heating tube diameter enables a particularly high air flow for applications with more requirements, making the hot air production process even more efficient.

The LHS CLASSIC air heater features overheating detection for the entire device and the heating element. An external protection device can be connected via the integrated alarm output to safeguard the heating element. The CLASSIC series does not feature a controller, but provides constant temperature and is therefore always used when continuous heating output is required. The LHS 41S CLASSIC is, like all LEISTER air heaters, suitable for continuous operation with the associated LEISTER blower.
