Leister develops and manufactures automatic welders and welding machines that are used to weld thermoplastic membranes on roofs, landfills, tunnels, truck tarpaulins and shading systems.
The Weldy miniwelder tex1 is perfect for welding thin films. Thanks to the innovative hot wedge, the mini-welder tex1 is suitable for almost all films or membranes such as PE, PVC, TPO or PP with a thickness of 0.05 to 1.0 mm. With the revolutionary control system, welding is extremely easy. Speeds up to 7.5 m per minute are not a problem with the welding machine, and welding temperatures between 60 and 480 °C. This welding machine is simple to use and intuitive. A transport box, hex key and a cleaning brush are included with delivery of the mini1.
