Industrial Hot Air Devices

Leister hot air tools are used in countless industrial production processes. In fact, there are very few industries that do not benefit from our versatile offerings, regardless if the process only operates with hot air or if it becomes more efficient with hot air. Leister has the right blower for every production line.

Small, Powerful, Tubular Air Heater With Double Flanges

The LHS 210 DF-R air heater (DF stands for Double Flange, the R stands for Recirculation) is the smallest double flange air heater in the Leister range that’s able to recycle hot air. Due to its particularly compact design, it can be easily integrated into industrial plants with limited space. Connecting the power supply is also very easy due to its sophisticated design.

The LHS 210 DF-R is equipped with an extension of the housing connection. The ceramic inside the extension ensures that the electrical connection of the air heater is sealed off and protected from high temperatures or hot air flowing back. The housing connection on the LHS 210 DF-R is located outside the air flow, allowing the air to flow through the air heater unhindered and with hardly any loss in pressure. In addition, the housing connection is protected against overheating, making it possible to work with air inlet temperatures up to 350°C. Flanges at the inlet and outlet of the tubular air heater make it possible to install the tubular air heater in piping systems. The double flange air heater is used in various industrial processes and applications. For example in the automotive, food and packaging industries, just to name a few. In the metal and plastics industry, the LHS 210 DF-R is often used in applications where hot air recirculation is required. Leister’s LHS 210 DF-R is recommended for those in need of a small and efficient double-flange air heater or double-flange tubular air heater for their industrial processes. In addition, using the LHS 210 DF-R saves on energy costs thanks to its ability to recycle hot air. Leister’s single-phase LHS 210 DF-R air heater is available in 120V with an output of 2000W and in 230V with an output of 2000W and 3300W.

SPACE-SAVING
Leister’s Compact, Tubular Air Heater
Leister’s double flanged, tubular air heater, LHS 210 DF-R, has a compact design, making it the ideal solution for
processes where space is limited. In addition, it’s the perfect solution for hot air recycling for various applications,
including in industrial piping systems.

SAFE
Protected From Overheating
The connection on the LHS 210 DF-R double flange air heater is located outside the air flow,
which protects it from overheating and allows air inlet temperatures up to 350°C.

PROTECTED
Ceramic Inside Protects Against Overheating
Special, ceramic components in the LHS 210 DF-R tubular air heater seal off the electrical connection and
protect it from high temperatures and prevent hot air from flowing back.
