The LHS 41S SYSTEM covers a broader spectrum of applications with its numerous analog and digital additional features compared to CLASSIC and PREMIUM products. The compact design and ability to attach a powerful external blower via air hose connection makes the air heater a perfect product for demanding production processes. The 50 mm (1.97 in) heating tube diameter also permits a particularly strong air flow, which allows more area to be processed simultaneously.

Leister’s decades of experience in processing plastics led to the development of sophisticated heating element designs and patented heating element covers. These guarantee a high degree of accuracy, reliability and quality for our customers. The LHS SYSTEM air heaters enable easy to control operations through an integrated temperature probe, integrated controller and digital display with current and target temperature values. The integrated power electronics make external power controls a thing of the past while simplifying the wiring in the process.
