Constant Control

The LHS 61S SYSTEM is comprised of a two-component housing made of cast aluminum and polyamide, making it incredibly robust. It has integrated power electronics where the air temperature can be set continuously to up 650 °C (1202 °F). In addition, power control is possible via a galvanically separate 4-20 mA interface for controllers, SPS or external potentiometer. The heating element enables exceptional heat transfer and constant temperatures.

The LHS 61S SYSTEM has an integrated temperature probe and a LCD display to show the target/actual temperature in general operation. With an air outlet diameter of 62 mm (2.4 in) in the LHS 61S, the air heater also includes a wide processing field. Leister has many years of experience developing excellent air heaters. This is also reflected in patented heating elements and device protection, which prevents premature wear and damage, and the additional alarm output that ensures high process safety. The air heaters are suitable for continuous use with the associated blower. The LHS 61S SYSTEM has a long life-span and is particularly maintenance friendly.
