Compact, Single-Flange Air Heater – Compatible With Various Nozzles

The LHS 410 SF-R (SF stands for Single Flange, the R stands for Recirculation) is a compact, hot air recyclable air heater from Leister with only one flange. It offers even higher air volume than the LHS 210 SF-R. Due to its compact design, it can be easily integrated into industrial processes where space is limited. Connecting the power supply is also very easy due to the well thought-out design.

The connection housing of the LHS 410 SF-R is located outside the air flow. This has two important advantages: The air flows through the air heater unhindered with hardly any loss in pressure. In addition, the housing connection is protected against overheating, which means that it can handle air inlet temperatures up to 350°C. The single-flange air heaters have a flange on the inlet side and a tube on the outlet side, onto which various Leister nozzles can be attached. This enables various industrial applications. For example, the air flow can be expanded or distributed over a large area, in conjunction with a wide slot nozzle, in various shrinking applications. This is especially true in the packaging industry with a screen reflector nozzle. The LHS 410 SF-R single-flange air heater is used in the metal and plastics industries in applications where hot air recirculation is required. All those who have previously used similar air heater models such as for example the LE 3300 from Leister are in good hands with the LHS 410 SF-R and the matching nozzles from Leister, thanks to its compact size and incredible efficiency. The LHS 410 SF-R single-phase air heater is available in 230V with 2000W, 3600W and 4400W of power, as well as 400V with 4400W and 5500W of power.
