Compact, Single-Flange Air Heater With High Air Volume

The LHS 410 SF (SF stands for Single Flange) is a compact air heater from Leister with only one flange. It offers an even higher air volume than the LHS 210 SF. Thanks to its small design, it can be easily integrated into various industrial processes with limited space. Connecting the power supply is also very easy due to the well thought-out design.

The housing connection on the LHS 410 SF is located outside the air flow. There are two advantages to this: There’s hardly any loss in pressure and the air can flow through the air heater unhindered. The single-flange air heaters have a flange on the inlet side and a tube on the outlet side, which are suited various nozzles from Leister. This opens up countless industrial application possibilities. For example, a screen reflector nozzle can be used for various shrinking applications within the packaging industry. The air flow can be expanded or distributed over a large area with a wide-slot nozzle. The LHS 410 SF is mainly used in the packaging and plastics industry where larger air volume is required in the respective industrial process. For example, if you use the LE 3300 from Leister and need a compact and efficient air heater with a high air volume, the LHS 410 SF and matching nozzles from Leister are the recommended choice.
